Does our feminist Prime Minister truly understand masculinity?
Justin Trudeau has gone to great lengths to prove he is our feminist Prime Minister. He has consistently signalled his commitment to feminism in the composition of his cabinet and in his negotiation of trade deals. But the Prime Minister’s recent negative portrayal of masculinity at the Group of 20 summit in Argentina is troubling, because it reveals a narrow understanding of the lives of Canadian men.
Real women aren’t fooled by Trudeau’s fake feminism
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is a proud feminist. He tells us over and over and over again.
But Canadian women aren’t impressed. A recent Ipsos poll revealed that more women plan to vote for Conservatives than Liberals in the 2019 election.
It’s a surprising revelation given how much Trudeau goes out of his way to cater to so-called women’s issues.
In 2015, women made up 27% of elected Liberal Members of Parliament, and yet, Trudeau appointed 50% to his cabinet. His reason? “Because it’s 2015,” he said with a smirk.
Virtue Signalling is Going to Tear Canada Apart
Canada may be seeing its own Trayvon Martin moment with the case of the shooting death of Colten Boushie during an altercation on Gerald Stanley’s property back on August 9, 2016. Considering the news coverage and how social media has blown up over the recent not guilty verdict, it would be redundant to rehash all the details of the incident and the resultant fallout. Here is CBC’s version of the witness statements for those of you unfamiliar with the pertinent details.
Is Canada’s Prime Minister becoming “annoying”?
Virtue signalling: The action or practice of publicly expressing opinions or sentiments intended to demonstrate one’s good character or the moral correctness of one’s position on a particular issue| Oxford Dictionary.
Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is participating in the United Nations General Assembly where he and Foreign Affairs Minister Chystia Freeland gave speeches to different groups connected with the General Assembly. Minister Freeland will also address the full General Assembly. In their speeches they once again promoted their themes of working on climate change, promoting trade and sustainable development, and the importance of educating girls around the world.
Analysts says the focus of those speeches and various meetings were designed to boost Canada’s chances of getting one of the 2 temporary seats to come available on the U.N Security Council in 2021
GUN BAN? Trudeau Instructs Bill Blair To Examine “Full Ban” On Handguns & “Assault Weapons”
Vague wording raises fears that Trudeau is planning an all-out gun ban in Canada.
The mandate letter from Justin Trudeau giving his orders to so-called border security minister/organized crime reduction minister Bill Blair is raising new fears that the Liberals are planning to move towards an all-out gun ban in our country.
As noted by the Gun Blog, part of the mandate letter says Blair should “Support the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness on the passage of Bill C-71, and work together on additional policy, regulations or legislation that could reduce crime involving the use of firearms and keep Canadians safe. You should lead an examination of a full ban on handguns and assault weapons in Canada, while not impeding the lawful use of firearms by Canadians.”Canadian conservatives, Canadian news, Canadian politics, Conservative Canadians, pipelines, right for Canada
