Trump Derangement Syndrome Is Destroying The Media
The media universally praised President Trump’s D-Day commemoration speech, but they did so in a backhanded way. While saying it may be his best speech, they almost unanimously added the caveat that it was because he “stuck to the script.” Implicit in that is it was good because it was someone else’s words — that he read it and probably didn’t mean it. It’s textbook media bias, and we get into all of it.
McConnell Says Democrats Suffer From ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) accused Democrats of “suffering from Trump derangement syndrome” in response to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) accusing Attorney General William Barr of lying while testifying before Congress.
“I think we ought to put it to rest,” McConnell said of Robert Mueller‘s investigation during an interview with Fox News host Martha MacCallum. “Mueller spent two years on this, interviewed hundreds of people.”
Inquiry into missing and murdered Indigenous women issues final report with sweeping calls for change
After more than three years, dozens of community meetings and testimony from well over 2,000 Canadians, the missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls inquiry delivered its final report to the federal government at a ceremony in Gatineau, Que., today.

Gillette’s idiotic ad may have finally turned the tide on ‘toxic masculinity’
Razor blade commercials aren’t supposed to make national headlines, but these aren’t ordinary times. Last week’s Gillette commercial playing on the #MeToo movement became the latest piece of corporate messaging to berate and belittle men.
The commercial implored men to “be better,” while juxtaposing scenes of boys wrestling at a cookout, bullies menacingly chasing a boy down the street, men catcalling women and making lewd jokes and generally acting like brutes.
Many Americans were angry, not least men, whom the commercial framed as universal aggressors and rapists.
‘American Taliban’ John Walker Lindh released from prison after 17 years
John Walker Lindh, the so-called American Taliban who pleaded guilty to fighting for the former militant leaders of Afghanistan after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, was released from a federal prison in Indiana on Thursday.
A spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed Thursday morning that Lindh was no longer in custody.
Lindh, the first U.S.-born detainee in President George W. Bush’s “war on terrorism,” served 17 years of a 20-year sentence for supplying services to the Taliban and carrying an explosive during the commission of a felony.MSM & TDS – Missing Women Inquiry
